Chatbots & Assistants
AI chatbot and WhatsApp assistant development
The failure mode of a support bot is not that it cannot talk. It is that it answers confidently from nothing. A bot that invents a refund policy costs more than the salary it saved.
We build assistants that answer from your material and say so when they do not know. Retrieval against your own documentation, a clear handoff path, and a ticket raised rather than a guess offered.
What you get
- WhatsApp Business, web chat, or both
- Retrieval grounded in your documentation and policies
- Ticket creation and routing into your helpdesk
- Handoff to a human with the full conversation attached
- Multi-location or multi-brand routing where you need it
- Conversation logs you can audit
How it works
- 01Gather the source materialWhatever the answers actually live in today: documents, policies, a spreadsheet, someone's head.
- 02Ground the assistantRetrieval so answers come from your material, with explicit behaviour for questions it cannot answer.
- 03Wire the handoffTicketing, routing, and escalation, so a conversation the bot should not finish reaches a person with context.
- 04Launch and tuneWe review real transcripts and fix what it got wrong, which is where most of the quality comes from.
Common questions
How do you stop it making things up?
By grounding it in your material and constraining it to answer only from what it retrieves. When there is no supporting source, the correct behaviour is to say so and raise a ticket. We would rather it escalate too often at launch than answer confidently from nothing.
Can it run on WhatsApp?
Yes, through the WhatsApp Business API, which is where most of the chatbot work we ship actually runs. For a lot of businesses it is the channel customers already use.
Does it replace our support team?
It removes the repetitive tier-one volume, which is usually the bulk of it, and gets the rest to a person faster and with more context attached. The teams that get the most out of it treat it as triage rather than replacement.
What happens when our policies change?
You update the source material and the assistant answers from the new version. Because it retrieves rather than memorises, there is no retraining step.
