Web platform and SaaS product development

We build products that go to production and stay there, not prototypes that impress once and fall over under real use. Auth, billing, permissions, and the unglamorous parts that decide whether a product survives its first hundred users.

Everything is built to be handed over. Clean, maintainable software you are never locked out of, because being unable to change your own product is a worse outcome than shipping a month later.

Talk to us about this

What you get

  • Full-stack web applications and SaaS products
  • Authentication, roles, and permissions
  • Stripe billing and subscription flows
  • Dashboards, portals, and admin tooling
  • Real-time features and installable PWAs
  • Documented handover with no lock-in

How it works

  1. 01Scope the productWhat it has to do for the first real users, and what can wait. Most first versions are too big.
  2. 02Ship something working earlyYou see a working version in weeks, not at the end. Feedback on something real beats feedback on a document.
  3. 03Harden itAuth, billing, permissions, and the edge cases that only matter once people depend on it.
  4. 04Hand it overClean, documented, maintainable. No black boxes and no dead ends.

Common questions

Do we own the code?

Yes, entirely. Clean, maintainable software you are never locked out of is one of the things we build for. A product you cannot change without us is a liability, not a deliverable.

How quickly do we see something working?

Weeks, not months. We would rather put a working version in front of you early and be corrected than disappear and present something finished that solves the wrong problem.

Can you take over an existing codebase?

Often, yes. It depends on the state it is in, so we would want to read it before committing. If picking it up would cost more than rebuilding, we will tell you that.

What stack do you build on?

Next.js and Supabase for most products, with Stripe for billing and Vercel for hosting. Deliberately boring and widely known, so any competent developer can pick it up after us.
