Saad founded TechHub to build software that does real work rather than software that demos well. He leads the studio's AI engineering: the voice agents, chatbots, and multi-agent systems that sit inside client operations and run them end to end.
His work is the intelligence layer of a product, not just the interface around it. That means designing the logic that decides, escalates, and hands off, then making it hold up once real traffic and real edge cases arrive. A demo that works once is not the bar. The bar is a system that keeps running when nobody is watching it.
He also takes the first call on most projects. That conversation is free and deliberately not a sales pitch: work out the use case, map where AI genuinely fits, and give an honest answer about whether it is worth building at all. If it is not, he says so.
