Private and premium events live or die on access control. Generic ticketing tools were built to sell as many tickets as possible, not to vet a guest list or hold a hard cap, so organizers of exclusive gatherings end up managing lists by hand and guessing at real-time capacity. For a members' club, an unvetted guest or an overbooked room is not a minor error, it is the whole proposition failing.
Pendulum is built around controlled access from the ground up. Organizers launch two kinds of experiences: RSVP events, where guests confirm attendance and register named plus-ones for precise headcounts and tight door control, and ticketed events, a fully integrated paid flow for gated experiences. Curated collections like Featured and Top Events surface what matters, and a live analytics dashboard tracks sales, attendance, and performance as it happens.
The problem
Private and high-tier events demand stringent access control and real-time capacity monitoring. Generic ticketing tools often lack the sophisticated vetting mechanisms and live RSVP management required for exclusive gatherings, leaving organizers struggling to manage guest lists, track real-time capacity, and monitor event performance effectively. The objective: build a dedicated, secure platform centered entirely around controlled access, seamless guest tracking, and dynamic event analytics.
